Sherrie expands the scope of marketing beyond its traditional definitions to create innovative business models, strategies, and programs. She leverages customer and consumer insights to create new products and processes, along with comprehensive operational, sales and marketing implementation programs that encompass retail best practices, in-store execution, training, customer presentations, performance analysis, and more. Through fully integrated go-to-market strategies, she helps drive organizational alignment and achievement of total company business objectives. 

Sherrie has served on corporate global strategic initiatives related to corporate responsibility, brand standards, quality specifications, organization redesign, performance management systems, Sales & Operations Planning, and training. Sherrie also provides pro-bono consulting to small/new businesses and non-profit organizations as a SCORE Mentor and Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati (ESCC) Advisor.
